Warm, clinically led care that keeps families involved and helps youth build skills that last beyond treatment.

Mission
Support for emotional dysregulation, anxiety, trauma symptoms, school stress, and family conflict.

Vision
VBH envisions a future where adolescents who once felt alone are supported by a village and equipped with the skills, care, and family support needed to thrive beyond treatment.

What care feels like at vbh
We believe meaningful care is not just about treatment plans. It is about creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
Meeting clients where they are
We honor each client’s starting point and tailor care to their needs, readiness, and lived experience.
Support that feels collaborative
Care is built through trust, partnership, and open communication with clients and families when appropriate.
Skill-building for real life
We focus on practical tools that help clients manage emotions, relationships, and daily challenges outside of sessions.
